To accommodate all our clients and ensure the smooth operation of our classes, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Schedules can change unexpectedly, and we aim to remain flexible while respecting the time of our coaches and other students. Please review the policy below:

 

Cancellation & Rain Policy

Group Classes

All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid charges. 

You are allowed 3 late cancellations without penalty.  After the 3rd late cancellation, any cancellation made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full lesson rate.

 

•   Cancellations can be made by texting (818) 940-8360.

•   Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.

•   Pre-payment is required to reserve your child's spot in the class. If payment is not made prior to the session, your child   cannot attend.

 

Rain Policy

If it begins to rain at the start of practice, the session will be rescheduled.

If it begins to rain during practice, you will be charged 50% of the session rate.

 

Private Lessons

You are allowed 3 late cancellations without penalty.

After the 3rd late cancellation, any cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full lesson rate.

No-shows:
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation and follow the same policy.

Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us directly if you need to cancel within the 24-hour window due to an emergency, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
